A closer look.

The project comprised a comprehensive programme of energy retrofit and upgrade works at St. Paul’s National School, Athlone, with PD Contractors acting as Main Contractor and PSCS.

The works were delivered within a fully operational educational environment, requiring careful phasing and coordination to maintain safe access and minimise disruption to students, staff and parents throughout the programme.

Located within a constrained residential area in Athlone town, the project also required detailed management of site access, deliveries and construction activities. Close coordination with the school and surrounding stakeholders was maintained throughout, ensuring the works were completed safely and efficiently while the school remained operational.
