Who we are

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and carries no analytics, advertising or tracking. Every file it needs is served from our own server, so your browser makes no request to any other company while you are here. Our cookie policy explains this in full.

Who handles your information for us

Our website is hosted by Fly.io, which processes the technical information needed to deliver pages on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions.

Enquiries

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, message and, if you give them, your company and phone number. We use them only to answer you and, where it follows, to discuss or deliver your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

When you press send, the website emails your enquiry to our office inbox and keeps a copy on its own server so that nothing is lost if that email fails. Only the company can read it. If the send cannot be completed — for example if you are offline — the form offers you a draft to send from your own email app instead, and in that case nothing reaches us until you send it. Once your enquiry arrives, it is handled like any other email we receive.

Job applications

If you send us a CV, we use it to consider you for the role you applied for and, if you ask us to keep it on file, for suitable roles later. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Technical information

Like any website, our server and hosting provider handle the technical details your browser sends in order to deliver a page, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use this to identify you or build a profile.

Maps and external links

The map link opens Google Maps, and only if you choose to follow it. Nothing is loaded from Google, or from anyone else, until you do — at which point their privacy practices apply rather than ours.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
