School Extension and Site Infrastructure Works

Construction of a new rear extension to an existing school, providing two additional classrooms, a new staff room and WC facilities. The project also incorporated significant external and site infrastructure works, including the replacement of the existing septic tank and percolation area with a proprietary effluent treatment system and soil polishing filter.

The works further included the formation of a new road entrance at the existing field access, construction of a new driveway and associated access works, together with all ancillary drainage, services, groundworks and site reinstatement.

The project required careful planning and coordination to successfully integrate the new accommodation and infrastructure with the existing school facilities and surrounding site.
