Established in Athlone, Co. Westmeath, PD Contractors Ltd has developed a strong reputation for the professional delivery of high-quality construction projects, underpinned by practical expertise, effective project management and a commitment to consistently high standards.

From our roots in the Midlands, we have grown into an established, medium-sized building contractor and developer, delivering projects across residential, commercial, public sector, refurbishment and civil works.

Over the years, the scale and diversity of our projects have grown, but our approach has remained practical and hands-on. As both a developer of our own projects and a main contractor for valued clients, we understand construction from both sides of the table. That experience has shaped how we plan, manage and deliver every project.

A key part of our story is our commitment to self-delivery. By maintaining experienced management and site teams alongside our direct construction capabilities, we retain greater control over the things that matter — quality, programme, health & safety and the standard of the finished project.
