A closer look.

The project comprised the design and build redevelopment of an existing Local Authority depot for Westmeath County Council, incorporating the upgrade of the existing depot building and the construction of new purpose-built operational facilities.

Works included new offices, stores and workshops, together with extensive external works comprising hard-standing areas for plant and machinery, car parking and associated civil, infrastructure and site development works.

PD Contractors delivered the project on a Design & Build basis, providing a modern, functional and purpose-built depot facility designed to meet the Council’s ongoing operational, maintenance and storage requirements.
