The project comprised the comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade of an existing mixed-use property in Athlone, incorporating both residential apartments and commercial accommodation.

Works included internal alterations and refurbishment, upgrading of existing building services and finishes, together with associated external and ancillary works. The completed project delivered modernised residential and commercial spaces while enhancing the overall quality and functionality of the existing building.
