A closer look.

The project comprised the comprehensive refurbishment and redevelopment of existing derelict office and warehouse accommodation at Summerhill Business Park.

Works included extensive internal and external alterations, upgrades to building services, accessibility improvements and associated site development works. External works incorporated drainage upgrades, landscaping and the reconfiguration of parking and access areas.

The completed works transformed the existing property into modern, functional commercial accommodation, fully upgraded to meet current building regulations and contemporary operational requirements.
