A closer look.

The project comprised the controlled demolition of three residential properties at St. Patrick’s Park, Rathangan, Co. Kildare.

Works included the specialist identification, removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials, followed by the demolition and clearance of the existing residential units and associated site works.

The project was carefully planned and managed to ensure all demolition and asbestos remediation works were undertaken safely, efficiently and in accordance with the required environmental and regulatory standards.
