A closer look.
The project comprised the controlled demolition and site clearance of 16 two-storey residential properties at St. Mel’s Terrace, Grace Park Road, Athlone.
Works included the demolition and removal of the existing houses and associated outbuildings, concrete slabs and boundary walls, together with the clearance of rear garden areas and all associated preparatory and ancillary works.
The works were carefully planned and managed to ensure the safe and efficient clearance of the site while minimising disruption to the surrounding residential area.
