A closer look.
The project comprised the construction of a new purpose-built, two-storey childcare facility extending to approximately 450m², forming part of the wider Poolboy development in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
The development included fully fitted childcare accommodation and an external play area, together with associated civil and infrastructure works. External works included new tarmacadam car parking and vehicular access areas, landscaping, site services and ancillary works.
The completed project delivered a modern, purpose-built childcare facility integrated within the wider commercial and industrial development.
