Project overview

A closer look.

The project comprised the comprehensive fit-out and adaptation of commercial storage units to provide a purpose-built operational facility for the OPW Garda Water Unit.

Works included the provision of dedicated storage areas for specialist vehicles, equipment and diving gear, together with internal and external wash-down and drying facilities. The development also incorporated new office accommodation, staff welfare facilities and a dedicated training room.

Associated building services, external works and site development works were completed as part of the project, delivering a functional and specialist facility designed to support the operational requirements of the Garda Water Unit.
