Project overview

A closer look.

The project comprised the extension and comprehensive upgrade of an existing NCT Centre, including the construction of a new two-lane, pitched-roof extension of approximately 250m², designed and finished to complement the existing facility. A new mezzanine floor was also incorporated within the development.

Internal works included the demolition and reconfiguration of the existing office and mezzanine areas and the provision of new offices, reception facilities, staff canteen and toilet facilities.

Extensive external civil and infrastructure works were also undertaken, including new access roads, car parking, drainage, paving, fencing and storage areas, together with all associated site development works.

The completed project significantly enhanced the capacity, functionality and supporting infrastructure of the existing NCT facility.
