A closer look.

The project comprised the controlled demolition and making safe of six fire-damaged residential units at Millfield Manor Estate, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, following significant damage caused by an arson incident.

Works included securing and making safe the affected properties, controlled demolition of the damaged structures, removal and disposal of demolition materials, site clearance and associated works.

The project was carefully planned and managed to ensure the safe and controlled removal of the damaged buildings while protecting the surrounding residential environment.
