A closer look.

The project comprised refurbishment and upgrade works to vacant properties within Longford County Council’s housing stock, returning homes to a suitable standard for reoccupation.

Works included insulation and ventilation upgrades, window and door replacement, electrical, plumbing and heating upgrades, new kitchens and bathrooms, internal joinery and decoration. External works included repairs to gutters and downpipes, drainage improvements and associated site works.

The framework required the efficient delivery of works across multiple properties, ensuring each home was completed to the required quality, safety and energy performance standards.
