A closer look.

The project comprised the construction of 55 No. NZEB, A2 energy-rated homes at Bower Hill, Athlone, together with a substantial programme of associated civil engineering and infrastructure works.

Works included extensive site development, roads and services, drainage and utility infrastructure, retaining and boundary walls, landscaping and associated external works.

Delivered within a live urban environment, the project required careful coordination of construction activities, access and surrounding stakeholders. The completed scheme provides a high-quality, energy-efficient residential development supported by comprehensive site infrastructure.
