A closer look.

The project comprised refurbishment, extension and upgrade works to vacant and occupied properties across Leitrim County Council’s housing stock.

Works included internal refurbishment and alterations, extensions to existing homes and external improvement works to bring properties in line with current Local Authority and Building Regulation standards.

The framework encompassed a range of residential property types and required the coordinated delivery of works across multiple locations, including works within occupied homes.
