The project comprised the construction of 91 No. residential dwellings at Forest Mill, Bealnamulla, Athlone, together with extensive associated civil engineering and infrastructure works.
Works included access roads, car parking, surface water drainage, foul sewerage and watermain infrastructure, together with ESB, telecommunications and gas utilities required to service the development.
The completed scheme delivered a fully serviced, high-quality residential development with all associated site infrastructure and external works.
