A closer look.

The project comprised the construction of a major residential development at Esker Fields, together with extensive associated civil engineering and infrastructure works.

Works included the construction of 92 No. residential dwellings, a link road and roundabout connection to the N6, widening of the existing roadway, estate access roads and car parking. Site development works included storm and foul drainage, attenuation, watermain, ESB, telecommunications and gas infrastructure, public lighting and landscaping.

PD Contractors delivered the integrated building and infrastructure works required to create a fully serviced, high-quality residential development.
