A closer look.

The project comprised the construction of a 62 No. residential development, together with all associated site development, infrastructure and external works.

The development included the construction and completion of the residential units, estate access roads and car parking, together with storm and foul drainage, attenuation, watermain, ESB, telecommunications and gas services. Associated works included public lighting, landscaping and the full range of site works required to deliver a completed, fully serviced residential development.
