A closer look.
The project comprised the demolition of the existing office building and construction of a new purpose-built three-storey corporate and R&D facility for CBE Group.
The development incorporated offices, technical departments, conference and training rooms, software and hardware research & development areas, staff canteen and welfare facilities. External works included car parking and turning areas, attenuation infrastructure, ancillary services and extensive site landscaping.
The completed development delivered a modern, high-quality and energy-efficient facility designed to support CBE Group’s operational, technical and research requirements.
