The project comprised the construction of 18 high-quality, A2 energy-rated homes at Castlecourt, Forest Mill Way, Bealnamulla, Athlone.

Acting as Main Contractor, PD Contractors managed the development from commencement through to completion, delivering energy-efficient homes incorporating high-performance building fabric, modern heating systems and high-quality finishes throughout.

Constructed adjacent to an established residential neighbourhood, the works required careful coordination of site activities, stakeholders and utility providers to minimise disruption. The completed development provides a modern, sustainable residential scheme designed and constructed to a high standard of quality and energy performance.
