Comprehensive refurbishment of Bord na Móna’s Procurement Office, delivering the works through a single coordinated mobilisation within an active operational environment.

The project involved extensive internal demolition and alterations, construction and modification of internal walls, new ceiling and floor finishes, together with associated electrical, plumbing and heating installations. Internal finishes were completed throughout to provide a modern and functional office environment.

As Bord na Móna’s administrative and industrial operations remained active in the vicinity throughout the construction period, the works required careful planning, coordination and segregation. PD Contractors worked closely with Bord na Móna personnel to manage access, minimise disruption and ensure the works were delivered safely alongside ongoing operations.

Following completion of the main refurbishment contract, PD Contractors were subsequently engaged to undertake additional electrical wiring upgrade works, which were successfully completed within the required timeframe.
