A closer look.

The project comprised the comprehensive refurbishment and redevelopment of eight previously vacant residential properties at Bell Harbour, Co. Clare.

Works included the complete renovation of the existing homes, extensive groundworks and civil engineering works, together with the installation and upgrading of utility infrastructure and associated site development works.

The project required careful coordination of multiple stakeholders and existing services, with works delivered within the constraints of an occupied and environmentally sensitive setting.
