A closer look.

The project comprised the construction of 6 No. 3 + 4 bed semi-detached and 1 No. detached dwelling and a purpose-built crèche.

Works included the complete construction and fit-out of the residential and community facilities, together with all associated site development and infrastructure works.

Located adjacent to an established residential estate, the project required careful management of construction access and site activities to minimise disruption to the surrounding community.
