A closer look.

The project comprised the construction of 10 No. 3 + 4 bed semi-detached homes in Ballyforan, Co. Roscommon, together with all associated site development and infrastructure works.

Located adjacent to an established residential estate, with construction access through the existing development, the works required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to residents while maintaining safe access throughout the construction programme.

The completed scheme delivered high-quality, modern social housing within the existing residential community.
