Project overview

A closer look.

The project comprised the controlled demolition and removal of uninhabitable residential properties at Athgarvan Road, together with associated outbuildings, boundaries, railings and external areas.

Works included the specialist removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials, site clearance and vegetation removal, followed by comprehensive reinstatement works. The project also incorporated tree surgery and protection measures to safeguard retained trees and the surrounding environment throughout the works.

All works were carefully managed to ensure the safe and controlled clearance, remediation and reinstatement of the site.
